The Backstory
Located in the heart of Los Angeles & New York City, FlyHeels will revolutionize the way women wear flats and heels by giving them a convenient but comfortable way to transform their everyday look. By targeting specific parts of the high heel that generate the most pain; our goal is to provide contoured foot bed inside of the shoe to create a cushy, long-lasting removable high heel shoe for extended wears and that also converts into a flat.
Founded by Jillian Nobles in 2016, here is the back story:
"I met two women in line for the BET Awards 2016, when my friend Sasha tried to fit her roll up flat into her heel. We laugh at the idea, but suddenly realized it was actually a good idea to combine the two; & in that moment FlyHeels conceptualized" ~ Jillian Nobles
Our Mission
How Heels Affect the Working Woman Over Time
FlyHeels is for women professionals who are frustrated with being uncomfortable and having to carry around countless pairs of shoes in the workplace. Women have been plagued with the pain of heels since 1533; but there has been little solutions to help women in the long run. Heels have been proven to be hazardous to women's health over time. The uneven weight distribution causes pressure on the ball of your foot, lower body, calf muscle, thicker achilles, and inflamed tendons, sore bunions and hammertoes. These are only some of the painful effects from heels. Our Mission is to promote a healthy balance between fashionable and comfortable, and for women to feel like a boss in any work space she decides to works in.

Miss Jillian Nobles
With a Master’s degree from Duke University and a Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, Jillian Nobles has set out to change the world one shoe at a time. Moving to New York City and working for the Brooklyn Nets, she was perfectly positioned in a city known for fashion and big ideas. Winning her college Shark Tank competition, she has began to revolutionize the idea for a removable high heel that turns to a flat that is disrupting the marketplace.
